A calming and energising 4-week Adult Yoga course designed to improve strength, flexibility and wellbeing.

This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those returning to their practice, offering gentle guidance, clear instruction and a peaceful reset each week.

Dates: Thursdays 20:15-21:15, 15th January, 22nd January, 29th January & 5th February 2026

Location: Studio 7&8, The Hammond, Mannings Lane, Chester, CH2 4ES.

Teacher:Niamh Eccleston-Tuohy – trained yoga teacher with a focus on alignment, breathwork and mindful movement

What to expect:

• Guided stretching and mobility work

• Beginner-friendly flows

• Breathwork and relaxation

• Postures clearly broken down

• A supportive, calm atmosphere with zero pressure

This class is designed to help you unwind, reconnect with your body and move with greater ease.

*participants must provide their own yoga mat.

What to Wear:

Comfortable, stretchy activewear you can move freely in. Barefoot is preferred for stability.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat if you have one (a limited number are available to borrow). A bottle of water is optional.

Experience Needed:

No experience required — perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a gentle reintroduction.
