Congratulations to Anna who has been awarded a place as a Junior Associate of the Royal Ballet School.
The Royal Ballet School, London, offers elite training to exceptionally gifted dancers aged 11-18 years old. The Junior Associate scheme, introduces young dancers to the Royal Ballet School's specialist training programme from age 8.
Hundreds of children from across the country audition for places on the Royal Ballet School's prestigious Junior Associate programmes, with only a handful of successful students awarded a place.
Anna started her dance training with us at age 4 in 2017, since her first class we saw something special and knew that she had the potential to achieve great things in dance. Anna is now the third SGDA student to have been accepted onto the Junior Associates Programme.
Anna will continue her training with us, but from September will also receive specialist weekly tuition from The Royal Ballet School at their regional base in Manchester.
This is an incredible achievement Anna, we are so proud of you!
